Leite para bebês gatinhos
(traduzi a receita, daí as medidas serem aproximadas. Tentem adaptar os produtos a cada região – Este é um leite para emergências, não deve ser usado se os bebês tiverem mãe)
Ingredientes:
3,5 litros de Pedialyte
3,5 litros de leite evaporado (se não encontrar use Nan – Nestlé)
2,4 litros de iogurte (1% de gordura, não light)
738 gr de alimento para filhotes
2 gemas de ovos
2 colheres Karo, xarope de glicose de milho, branco
Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e misture bem. Ponha na mamadeira e esquente um pouco, para amornar. Teste o calor no pulso. Certifique-se de agitar o leite no recipiente antes de reabastecer a mamadeira. Ponha o restante leite em recipientes de dois litros e congele. Com idade de duas semanas os gatinhos vão mamar a cada 4 horas. – Com quatro semanas de idade os gatinhos vão mamar a cada cinco horas. (E não economize, por favor)
Kitten Milk
Cat Food Recipe Ingredients:
13 ounces unflavored Pedialyte
12 ounces evaporated milk
8 ounces plain yogurt (1% milkfat not light)
2-1/2 ounces lamb baby food
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons Karo white corn syrup
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Put milk into Nurse-Maid pet nursing bottle (found at Wal-Mart) and heat to lukewarm. Test on the inside of your wrist. Be sure to stir the milk in the container each time before you refill the bottle.
Put remaining milk into 8 ounce containers and freeze until needed. Two-week-old kittens will drink about 1/2 ounce every 4 hours. Four-week-old kittens will drink about 1 to 1-1/2 ounces every five hours.
